• Do not inhale powder, ingest product, or apply to human or animal skin.

• Store sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
• Stop use and seek medical/veterinary help if accidental exposure occurs.

Customers are responsible for checking whether a product is suitable for their home, family, pets, building rules, and local requirements. If you are pregnant, have breathing issues, allergies, pets, infants, elderly people at home, or medical concerns, consult a qualified professional before using pest-control chemicals or powder.

We try to keep product descriptions, prices, stock, images, safety guidance, and delivery information accurate. However, minor variations in packaging, batch, colour, label design, or availability may occur. We may correct errors, cancel unavailable orders, or contact customers for clarification where needed.

An order is confirmed only after checkout details are submitted and accepted by our system. Payment options may include cash on delivery, UPI, cards, net banking, or any live payment method enabled at the time of order. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, incomplete, unsafe, unserviceable, or incorrectly priced.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoPest is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use, delayed delivery, product misuse, unsafe storage, unauthorised use, or failure to follow label instructions. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under law.
