How GoPest protects customer data

We collect information that customers provide while using GoPest, including name, phone number, email address, delivery address, PIN code, cart details, wishlist details, contact form messages, product reviews, and order information.

We may also collect basic usage information such as searched pest categories, product page views, abandoned cart activity, and referral/source information to improve the website and support customers.

• To process orders, delivery, returns, refunds, and customer support requests.
• To contact customers about saved carts, enquiries, service bookings, and order updates.
• To recommend suitable pest-control products or services based on the customer request.
• To detect misuse, prevent fraud, and keep account and order records accurate.
• To improve product listings, search filters, offers, and customer experience.

We do not sell customer personal data. We may share necessary information with delivery partners, payment providers, email/communication providers, technicians, hosting services, analytics tools, or legal/regulatory authorities where required to fulfil orders, provide support, secure the service, or comply with law.

Payment details are handled by the selected payment provider or gateway. GoPest does not ask customers to share card PINs, UPI PINs, OTPs, or banking passwords with our team. Customers should never send sensitive payment credentials over WhatsApp, email, or phone.

We retain customer, order, invoice, support, and lead records for business operations, accounting, warranty, legal, safety, and dispute-resolution purposes. Customers may request correction, access, or deletion of eligible personal data by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or safety reasons.

The website may use browser storage and cookies to remember cart items, wishlist, login state, lead information, and site preferences. Disabling browser storage may affect cart, wishlist, checkout, and account features.

GoPest sells pest-control products intended for purchase and use by adults. Children should not place orders or submit personal information without a parent or guardian.
